About the Role

We're hiring an Operations Manager to guide and structure LA’s operations to ensure orders are successfully fulfilled and customers are satisfied. You'll be working in a small team with ~20 young, passionate foodies and entrepreneurs. You'll have the opportunity to grow with the team and have the opportunity to implement impactful operational changes and systems.

What you'll own and how you'll make a difference

• Place product orders for ~ 50 vendors
• Be the #1 contact for vendors in regards to scheduling product pickups and deliveries
• Ensure successful fulfillment of all orders by ensuring delivery windows are met
• Track KPIs such as mistake rate, waste, delivery window accuracy, and labor costs
• Manage and schedule 10-15 part time employees, ensuring state and federal compliance requirements are met
• Lead the operation on delivery days as well as prep days, ensuring your staff is on task and efficient
• Schedule and communicate with up to 20 independent contractors to fill numerous positions on a weekly basis
• Collaborate with the LA General Manager and Locale LA team to improve and streamline current delivery methods

Required

• Ability to work on weekends and in person a minimum of 4 days a week
• Confident in problem solving within excel
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Suites
• Ability to be flexible and adjust to changing demands
